Stacey has overall responsibility for the Mid Maine TimeBank, its operations, and its sustainability. She facilitates administrative tasks, including supervising business needs, and participates in community outreach. She reports to the KVO Lead Organizer.
Sheila Malone - Membership Director
Sheila processes new member applications, facilitates member orientation, and ensures a healthy level of current member activity. She reports to the Coordinator.
Ryan Toothaker - Director of Information Technology
Ryan contributes to the general business planning of the Mid Maine TimeBank regarding technology and systems required to maintain operations, and watches for new developments in information systems technology that would be useful to the organization. He establishes long-term needs for information systems and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet the TimeBank’s needs. He reports to the Coordinator.
Judy Dorsey - Newsletter Editor
Judy acts as the editor for the Mid Maine TimeBank’s monthly newsletter, Judy sorts through the items submitted for publication, decides which ones will be included in the next issue, edits the submissions as needed, and lays out each issue of the newsletter.
Charity acts as a staff reporter for the Mid Maine TimeBank’s monthly newsletter. Charity interviews members and other individuals with an interest in the TimeBank’s work and puts their thoughts into writing. She also provides other pieces of information and news to make the newsletter interesting and informative.
